CUSTOMER SALES ASSOCIATE (CSA)

Job Summary:

Customer Sales Associate (CSA) is responsible for learning all operational aspects of the car and U-Haul truck rental business as it applies to American Eagle Car Rental. The CSA will become proficient and competent in the Daily Operations and Sales of the location/airport. The CSA will respond to the customers’ needs, in person and/or on the telephone, providing courteous and a professional rental experience to the customer by explaining the available options executing the rental and return process properly and providing other support services as needed or requested. Must be Sales Oriented!

Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales Required.
• Previous rental car or telemarketing or travel industry preferred.
• Must be articulate and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner
• Ability to perform data entry and computer entry tasks.
• Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record, 21 years of age
